Sourdough Waffles

1/2 cup starter                                   2 eggs

2 cup milk                                           dash of sugar

2 cup flour                                           1/2 cup of oil

1 tsp soda

Mix starter, milk and flour in the evening and strore in warm place overnight. In morning take out 1/2 cup of starter for the next time. Starter stores indefinetly in regfrigirator. Mix all other ingredients and cook on hot iron. Oil may be melted bacon grease or cooking oil. cook all batter and freeze excess quarters for later toasting. 

Makes 3 to 4 large waffles.
