- 2 tablespoon cooking oil
- 4 lb s short rib of beef
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- A couple of Celery sticks
- A couple of carrots
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh or dry Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup of flower
Preparation
- Salt and pepper the ribs and marinate them overnight with onions, celery, carrots and thyme along with a cup of red wine.
- god next day get the ribs out of the wine bath and separate them from the rest. Also separate the wine from the veggies.
- dip the ribs in flour and fry
- after drying the veggies do the same thing.
- put the ribs in a none stick pan that is oven sale, add the fried veggies and then add back the wine. Bake for 3.5 hours at 325 degrees.
You can eat the ribs by themselves, with rice, mash potatoes, or pasta. They are to die for!!!
