Shipping & Returns

All Returns must be returned within 14 days of delivery, and we will absolutly not accept any return without an RMA# from us. All returns "MUST BE IN RE-SALE-ABLE CONDITION" OR THE RETURN WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. DO NOT STUFF IN A BAG OR SMALL BOX, RETURN ITEM(S)IN THE SAME BOX SHIP TO YOU OR AN IDENTICAL SIZE BOX TO PROTECT THE RETURN!!!! We stand behind all orders 100% and will replace any defective good at no charge to you at our expense. PROCESSING ORDERS: Allow 5-7 business days to process all orders, plus shipping time. (allow 2-4 weeks on special order items, longer during holidays, on All Boots, Fringed Jacket and Holsters, Hats and Belts or other special order items.There are no refunds on CUSTOM MADE items, Bolo Ties, Hand Made Image based Bolo Ties or special ordered items directly from our suppliers on any single items or items ordered in bulk, or dropped ship from the fatory or suppliers, no exceptions!  All returns are subject to a 10-25% restocking fee.

RUSH ORDERS: We will make  every effort to get the order out the same day,however it is not always possible due to our UPS or USPS Pick Up times from us. If you do not specify your order as rush, it will be shipped: UPS Ground or USPS Mail. Call us for detail on special orders if you have urgent needs. BACK ORDERS: From time to time items are out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours if such is the case and give you the opportunity to make changes as needed or cancel without penalty. Sizing: We are not responsible for incorrect sizing selections made by our customers. Please see our Sizing Chart at the top of our wepage or the individual sizing chart that is shown on each product page when ordering if your unsure of your size check your measurements first before ordering, there is a 20% restocking fee charged for any orders returned by customers on products they ordered incorectly or ordered the wrong size. Customers are also responsible for all shipping costs back to us for returns and exchanges related to sizing or color selection errors. Please Note: Custom made Hats, Jackets, Bolo Ties, special order items or clothing are non-refundable no exceptions. All replica guns are special order items and are non-cancellable or refundable. A special order item is anything custom made or ordered by a third party. Customer pays shipping on returns for refunds, Special note to Theater Companies, Film Production, or like, or multple size purhases such as ordering 3 of one item to see if it fits, there is a 50% restocking fee on returns no exception.
