3 cups of cooked Macaroni
3 hard cooked Eggs, chopped
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup of chopped onions
3/4 cup mayo
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 peprika
Mix and chill
Variations for Chicken Macaroni Salad, add 2 cups of diced, cooked chicken
Variation for Olive Macaroni Salad; take out the broiled eggs and add 3/4 of chopped olives.
