5-6 lb. beef brisket
Celery Salt
Garlic Salt
1/2 bottle Worchestershire sauce
Salt and Pepper
Onion salt
1/2 bottle Liquid Smoke
BBQ sauce
Season brisket with salt and pepper, celery salt, onion salt, and garlic salt. Place in glass baking dish and saok wtih 1/2 bottle each ---Liquid Smoke and Worchestershire sauce. Seal with foil (Liquid Smoke may cause metalic taste if foil touches meat). Bake covered at 275 degrees for 5 to 6 hours. The last hour put 6 oz. of barbeque sauce over meat, cover and return to oven for 1 more hour. Cool, slice and reheat in foil. (slices best when cool).
